Policy on Weeding of Materials

Systematic discarding of materials is necessary to maintain a current and accurate collection of library resources in accordance with our Collection Development Plan and available space.

The Library Director is responsible for the overall process of discarding materials.

Withdrawn materials may be offered to other libraries, sold in used book sales, or otherwise disposed of.
